Mission Statement
Motus Sport seeks to serve as a leader, innovator, and educator in the world of personalised athlete development/strength and conditioning. The mission of a Motus Sport strength and conditioning program will be to provide scientifically based, results oriented training for each athlete, to optimise performance and minimise injury.
For athletes to be competitive in today’s world of sport, they need to be able to take advantage of every performance edge possible. Each peronalised program’s goal, is to improve strength, power, speed, and resilience to injury, practicing under the philosophy that a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete will generally be more successful at sport skill.
In simple terms, learn how to run faster, jump higher, move better.
We were established by Barrie and Cody, who bring with them over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. During that time our current coaching formula has been developed and perfected.
